With the current COVID-19 situation, you will arrive to the clinic and call the receptionist at 239-995-2883.  You will be instructed to either wait in your car if we are at capacity or invited in by the technician.  We are only allowing 2 clients in at a time.  We are asking that only one client accompany the pet inside to decrease contact and maintain social distancing.  Please wear a face covering. Thank you for you understanding!

Furthermore, we have our drive-through service available in the rear of the building under the covered driveway.  We ask that you use this drive-through to pick up medications or drop off specimen samples.  The best times to do this are 8:45 to 9:15 am, 1:30 to 2 pm and 4:30 to 5 pm. 

If you have recently traveled out of the state of Florida or abroad, are experiencing COVID symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, we ask that you kindly refrain from scheduling a routine appointment.  Emergencies will be handled on an individual basis and protocol will depend on the situation.
